When you use MindNest, we may collect the following information:
- Account Information: Your email address, display name, username, and profile avatar when you sign up or log in (including via Google Sign-In).
- Chat Messages: The text messages you send in virtual cafe tables. These are stored securely on our servers to enable real-time communication and generate conversation memories.
- Memories: Summaries of your past conversations, including participant names, cafe names, table names, and chat snippets.
- Purchase Information: Records of in-app coin purchases, including product IDs, purchase tokens, and order IDs. We do not store your payment card details — all payments are processed by Google Play.
- Device Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens used to send you push notifications about friend requests and table invitations.
- Usage Data: Basic usage analytics such as app opens and feature interactions, collected via Firebase Analytics.

We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your MindNest account
- Enable real-time messaging in virtual cafe tables
- Generate and display conversation memories
- Process in-app coin purchases and verify transactions
- Send push notifications (friend requests, table invitations)
- Manage your friends list and social connections
- Improve and maintain the app experience
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With other users: Your display name, username, and avatar are visible to other users in cafe tables, friend lists, and chat messages.
- Service providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, push notifications, and analytics. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by Firebase services.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your account data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.
